Bordering Hyde Park, Queensway is located in the affluent area of Bayswater. Queensway is Bayswater’s main high street and benefits from excellent transport links with two London underground stations at either end. The Freehold Estate spans the top third of the street and comprises a mix of uses including over 130,000 sq ft of retail accommodation.

Asset management strategy

Queensway has for many years been earmarked as a major regeneration opportunity. 

Bourne Capital have been in long-term discussions with Westminster City Council regarding it’s proposal for the Estate.

Our proposals include: 

  • The reconfiguration and refurbishment of Retail units alongside a new shop front design.
  • Three new build Residential developments delivering 63 new luxury homes
  • Two significant Office developments providing over 52,000 sq ft of workspaces
  •  Major Public realm improvements.

Bourne Capital intends to complete its development pipeline over the next 5 years in a series of phases. This has already begun with the refurbishment & reconfiguration of the Queens Court retail parade which is now nearing completion.
