Bourne Capital* is a leading property investment, management, and leisure group. We focus on enhancing our portfolio asset value and maximising its income through active property management and by operating world-class anchor leisure businesses within each of our London Estates. Bourne Capital comprises five distinct divisions.
Commercial Property
The Commercial Property Division develops, owns, and actively manages four Central London Estates. Created through the acquisition of adjoining properties, all four Estates feature both tenanted lettings and group-operated businesses, the latter forming their commercial heart.
Leisure
Within each of the Estates, the Leisure Division creates, owns, and operates anchor leisure operations tailored to the area to concentrate on increasing footfall to the Estate. This generates positive cash flow for the group which is reinvested in the Estates to drive long-term capital growth. The Leisure Division also conceives, owns, and operates highly successful leisure businesses outside of the key Estates.
Residential Property
The priority of the Residential Property Division is to generate and maximise short-term gains in the mid to prime market in London.
International
The International Division seeks new development opportunities abroad, acquiring prestige sites and creating operated businesses to maximise their full potential. Our primary strategy internationally is to invest in sought-after locations where there is a demand for high quality accommodation.
Special Opportunities
The Special Opportunities Division has been created to take advantage of the current uncertainties in the commercial and residential property sectors. Through our Special Opportunities Fund, we are able to strengthen our relationships with major Banks, Institutions, and Joint Venture Partners by employing our active management business model to ensure stability and growth during volatile times.
