Over the last 20 years, we have worked to build the financial stability and solid platform needed to fuel the next stage of growth over the coming decade.
With this now in place we are looking to expand our Estates and to acquire similar properties, enhancing our existing relationships with major Banks, Institutions, and Joint Venture Partners by applying our specialist economic model which provides valuable security in uneasy climates.
We have established a Special Opportunities Fund to concentrate on investing side by side with major Banks, Institutions, and Joint Venture Partners. The Chairman, Robert Bourne, is personally spearheading this new initiative, supported by a specialist team charged with applying the Bourne Capital Business Model to ensure the success of these investments.
